CAKES

All cakes are decorated with Swiss meringue buttercream frosting and filled with American buttercream or cream cheese frosting.

This is a set menu, cakes can be made gluten free upon request, but we cannot accept other adjustments.

 

The Classics

Vanilla OR Chocolate cake + Vanilla bean buttercream + Strawberry or Blackberry compote filling (optional)

carrot Cake

Carrot cake (no nuts or raisins!) + cream cheese frosting

Triple lemon

Lemon cake + lemon curd + lemon cream cheese frosting

Earl grey

Vanilla cake + Earl grey buttercream + blackberry compote

Espresso

Chocolate or Vanilla cake + espresso cream cheese frosting + chocolate ganache
